ZetaSafe is growing rapidly and to meet customer needs we are recruiting a Client Advisor and a Trainee Account Manager.Client Advisor

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to be part of our dynamic and expanding business. You will be part of an established, motivated, skilled and successful team who are responsible for new business development.

You will become a trusted Advisor for our ZetaSafe solution and an asset for our clients with a great product knowledge and ability to understand clients’ requirements and to efficiently and effectively communicate this back to the business. Your key responsibilities will include new business development, lead generation and qualification, day to day sales administration, writing business cases and proposals, and any other duties required to meet your expected targets.

You will be required to work proactively to build up a strong, visible and well qualified pipeline of clients that clearly understand the value of ZetaSafe with a repeatable ability to conclude.

Travel through the UK and overnight stays will be expected so a full driving licence is essential. Most importantly we are looking for someone energetic keen and fast to learn, flexible and relishes the challenges of a very dynamic environment, problem solving and has passion for customer service and new business development.

Trainee Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to be part of our dynamic and expanding business. You will be part of an established, motivated, skilled and successful team who are responsible for the support, growth and development of our key client accounts.

You will become an “Account Manager” for our ZetaSafe service and an advocate for our clients with a great product knowledge and ability to understand clients’ requirements effectively and quickly. Your key responsibilities will include key account development, day to day administration, basic management, providing implementation assistance for new clients and training clients, field personnel and resellers on the use of ZetaSafe.

You will be required to work proactively with our key clients and build up an excellent rapport with them to ensure that they experience the benefits of ZetaSafe and when necessary direct them to our technical support team who will be able to resolve more complex technical challenges. You should have sound judgement and commercial skill as you will have direct contact with the full spectrum of our clients.

Travel through the UK and overnight stays will be expected so a full driving licence is essential.
