During the current Coronavirus pandemic, ZetaSafe has been working hard on many new features to help you deliver your on site health and safety compliance efficiently.
Since social distancing measures and stay at home orders have been in place, we have delivered training on new features remotely.
ZetaSafe has always been well equipped to deliver training and implementation remotely, and our clients see no variation in the content or quality whether delivered remotely or in person.
We can ensure the implementation and training is efficient to get all users up and running as quickly as possible.
Getting booked in
Booking your session is easy, get in contact with your ZetaSafe Client Manager or email email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
Once you’ve booked your training*, you will receive a link to a secure Zoom training session. We recommend joining the call five minutes prior to the scheduled time to allow your trainer to ensure everything is working as it should and you can all see/hear one another.
To ensure the best experience on the Zoom call, we suggest users use headphones to help block out background noise and your ZetaSafe trainer will be using headphones also.
Please do let your Client Manager know on the initial call if Zoom is not an option on your hardware and we will work with you to use another platform.
Whilst you are being trained
You will be able to see and hear your trainer on the screen at all times. The trainer will mainly have control and take you through the content, however there will also be opportunities for you to take over to either demonstrate a specific requirement to us and/or practice doing something within ZetaSafe to ensure you get the most out of your session.
After your training
Once your training is complete, your trainer will send you all the training materials that were used, meaning you have access to this at any time alongside our support portal with many tips, tricks, how to’s and videos. You will also be given contact details for our support team and your trainer should you need any further assistance.
Finally, you will be sent an online feedback from which we would appreciate you spending two minutes completing so that ZetaSafe can continue to review feedback and ensure we offer the best service possible to our clients.
